Patricia M. O'Neil Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Patricia M. O'Neil (Billerica, Massachusetts), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 29, 2025 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Patricia farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Patricia is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo C. O'Neil Sr. and Dorothy M. O'Neil (Lynch); and her brothers, Leo O'Neil Jr. and Robert O'Neil. She is survived by: her pet Molly; her children, Jaime Brunco (Michael) of Dracut and Brian Dean (Cheryl) of Dracut; her sister Judi Wanamaker (Stephen) of Billerica; and her grandchildren, Michael and Kyle Brunco.
