Samuel J. Russo Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samuel J. Russo of Billerica, Massachusetts, born in Woburn, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 21, 2025, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Russo and Phyllis Russo (Griswold); and his siblings, John Russo (Terry) of Wilmington, Anne Sturmer and Helen Russo.
He is survived by: his wife Lisa A. Russo (Swenson); his children, Samuel P. Russo of Woburn, Jeffrey R. Swenson (Kasey) of Tewksbury and Ariana "Lilly" Swenson; his sister Margaret Lane (Patrick) of Stoughton; and his parents-in-law, Donald and Joanne Swenson. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Nichols Funeral Home (187 Middlesex Ave, Wilmington, MA 01887). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Dorothy's Church (11 Harnden St, Wilmington, MA 01887). A burial will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Wildwood Cemetery (233 Middlesex Ave, Wilmington, MA 01887).
