He was predeceased by: his spouse Bogumila Chrostek (Wierciak); his parents, Alexander Chrostek and Annie Chrostek (Golas); his child Thomas A. Chrostek; and his sister Helen A. Slonina.
He is survived by: his children, Alicia M. Piette of Murrells Inlet, SC. and Michael A. Chrostek of Mechanic Falls, ME.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
