Hoi Loc Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hoi Loc of Blackstone, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 10, 2025, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Hoi has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was predeceased by: his parent Merritt Loc. He is survived by: his spouse Phouvieng Loc (Panyavong); his children, Abagail Loc of Blackstone and Nathan Loc of Blackstone; his parent Pathouma Loc (Chanthinith) of Connecticut; and his siblings, Chinthana Stolze of Connecticut and Takki Loc of Connecticut. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, extended family and close friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home (757 Mendon Rd, Cumberland, RI 02864). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
