Richard Vineyard Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 5, 2025, at the age of 87, Richard Vineyard of Blackstone, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edd Vineyard and Jewel Vineyard (Daly); and his siblings, Jean Vineyard, Etoile Smitke, Clyde Vineyard, Houston Vineyard, Frank Vineyard and Carmen MacGregor.
He is survived by: his wife Carol M. Vineyard; his children, Michelle McCrae of Blackstone, MA, Kelly DiMillo (David) of Plymouth, MA and Jill Carnick (John) of Union Grove, WI.; and his grandchildren, Taylor, Alec, Claire, Catherine and Allison.
