Fortunato (Pinciaro); his parent Angela Fortunato (Della Monica); his daughters-in-law, Daniel Fortunato of Beverly, Jo-Ann Fortunato of Beverly, Thomas Fortunato of Beverly and Linda Fortunato of Beverly; his grandchildren, Nicole, Matthew Mahan, Michael and Brianna Tamburino; and his siblings, Annette DiVincenzo, Joseph, Stephen, Peter, Mario Fortunato and Eugenia Witwicki. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
