She was predeceased by: her parent Ina Smith. She is survived by: her parent Herbert Smith; her husband Hilnac Jerome; her children, Lloyd Lorraine, Omar DeCosta and Varlin Henry (Elaine); and her siblings, Derrick Smith, Edith Smith, Janette Adamson, Dahlia Grant, Hyacinth Davy and Josephine Smith. She is also survived by grandsons, granddaughters, great-grandsons, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
