He is survived by: his parent Cynthia Cousens (Smith); his siblings, Michael Cousens of Arizona, Timothy Cousens of Georgia and Nancy Sticklen of Ohio; his cousin June Storey of North Reading, MA; and his niece Stephanie Kudriashova of Hopkinton, MA. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
