He is survived by: his spouse Ellen Fishman (Ogintz); his children, Daniel Philip Fishman and Rebecca Adele Fishman; his husband Daniel Andrew Gero; and his grandchildren, Lucy Winnie Gero and Jacob "Jake" Earl Gero.
