She was predeceased by: her spouse Emmanual Moore; her parents, Ormond S. James, Sr. and Louise James (Hooker); and her sibling Kenneth James, Sr.. She is survived by: her siblings, Ivan A. James and Ormond S. James, Jr.; her children, Cheryl Moore Williams, Karen Jeter (Moore), Michele Moore-Pulley and Keith Moore, Sr.; and her grandchildren, Justin Williams (Amanda), James Paul Pulley, Jr., Shauna Pulley, Keith Moore, Jr., Jasmine Moore, Jamal Pulley and Elijah Moore.
