He was predeceased by: his spouse Catherine V. Mulrennan (Fitzpatrick); his parent Patrick Mulrennan; and his sibling-in-law Ciaron Fitzpatrick. He is survived by: his child Patrick J. Mulrennan; his parent Annie Mulrennan (Cunnane); his siblings, Eileen Moriarty of Co, Galway, Ireland, Patrick Mulrennan of Co and Roscommon; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Gorham, Festus Fitzpatrick, Peter Fitzpatrick, Mary O'Brien, Bridget McDermot, Winnie Fitzpatrick, Mark Fitzpatrick, Michael Fitzpatrick, Padraic Fitzpatrick, John Fitzpatrick, Morgan Fitzpatrick and Margaret O'Donnell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
