He was predeceased by: his spouse Edna E. Jakowicz (Brasiskis). He is survived by: his children, John D. Jakowicz (Pauline) of Holbrook, Charles M. Jakowicz of Dorchester, Frank J. Jakowicz (Karen) of East Bridgewater and Elizabeth A. Jakowicz of Dorchester; his grandchild Jennifer Jakowicz; his great grandchildren, Brianna Schoof and Ashlyn Schoof; and his great great grandchild Nathan Snyder of Florida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
