He was predeceased by: his parent John M. "Jack" Brassil. He is survived by: his parent Marilyn T. "Mal" Brassil (Sullivan); his son John M. Brassil; and his siblings, Kevin Bolger, Boston Firefighter Thomas Brassil (Elise) and Lyn Mathes (Jason). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
