He was predeceased by: his friend Willard. He is survived by: his spouse Dawn Thomas Hayes; and his children, Tanesha Karleaha Hywood, Chantee Alysee Hayes, Chevonne Michelle Hayes, Precious Williams, Kayla Rochelle Cox, Elijah Hayes McAllister, Raven Vincent Hayes and Nathan Alan Hayes. He is also survived by grandchildren, and a host of loving family and friends.
