She was predeceased by : her husband Angelo A. Amato. She is survived by : her sons, Joseph (Josephine) of East Boston, John (Lorraine) of Wilmington and Charles (Ginny) of Wilmington; her grandchildren, Robert of Wilmington, Angelina of Wilmington, Michael of Wilmington, Christina of Wilmington, Jason and Daniel of Quincy; her great grandchildren, Lucy and Logan; and her brother Kazumi Yamaguchi of Osaka.

Because of her love of animals, in lieu of flowers donations in Kimiko's memory to the MSPCA would be appreciated.
