It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lillian Edney (Boston, Massachusetts), born in Tappahannock, Virginia, who passed away on August 21, 2018, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Pastor; her children, Auntie Edney and Grandma Edney; her brothers, Samuel G. Banks (Marian) of Tappahannock, Prince E. Banks (Pauline) of Tappahannock and Roy S. Banks of Tappahannock; her siblings' children, Deborah Singleton of Woodbridge, Darlene Banks-Jennings, Glen Banks (Daphne), Myesha Singleton, Adara Singleton, Jasmine Banks, Brandy Banks, Grant Jennings and Prince E. Banks III; and her cousins, Floyd Scott of Tappahannock and James H. Sidney (Peggy) of Franklin.
Interment: Forest Hills Cemetery, Boston, MA In Lieu of Flowers Donations can be made to the Bishop E. Edney Scholarship Fund.
