He is survived by: his spouse Andrea Perry of Boston; his child Nicole Lewis of Boston; his siblings, Linda Banks, Robert Lewis, Jr., Danny Lewis and John Lewis; his parents-in-law, Joseph Perry and Sharron Perry; and his siblings-in-law, Stacey Jarvis and Shaun Perry. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousin, other loving relatives and friends.
