He was predeceased by: his parent John Tkachuk; his spouse Adeline V. "Addie" Tkachuk (Crawford); and his sibling Walter Tkachuk. He is survived by: his parent Helen Tkachuk (Sokoloska); and his siblings, Albert Tkachuk, Joseph Tkachuk and John Tkachuk. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
