She is survived by: her husband Daniel J. Whitesell; her parents, Bryan Payne (Lori) of Tampa, FL and Barbara Lien (Paul) of Tampa, FL; her siblings, Elece Farberov of Tampa, FL and Andrew Payne (Megan) of Seattle, WA; her father-in-law William Jerry Whitesell (Mary) of Bonifay, FL; her siblings-in-law, Susan Whitesell of Tucson, AZ and William Robert Whitesell (Tiffany) of Cullman, AL.; and also, Alexa Whitesell and Jacob Whitesell. She is also survived by 6 nieces and nephews and many dear friends.

Burial will be privately held and memorial donations in honor of Rachel may be made to one of the following - either would make her smile.
