He was predeceased by: his mother Joanne B. Mott (Keane). He is survived by: his spouse Kara Brostek; his father Ted Mott; his siblings, Tim Mott (Katie), Jeff Mott (Leah) and Kerry Marraffino (Lenny); his nieces, Kaitlin Mott, Samantha Mott, Bella Marraffino and Lily Brostek; and his nephew Lenny Marraffino. He is also survived by his wife and children.

In lieu of flowers, donation may be made to his children's education fund c/o Mott Kids' College Fund at Cape Cod 5 Bank.
