He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard McCusker and Janice McCusker (Martin). He is survived by: his wife Linda McCusker (Santagate); his sons, Jeffrey McCusker (Danielle) of Littleton and Matthew McCusker (Stephanie) of Lunenburg; his grandchildren, Madison and William; his siblings, Stephen McCusker (Lisa) of Poway, Carol Bilello (James) of Smithtown and Richard McCusker (Nancy) of New Hampshire; his siblings-in-law, Judith Berlinghieri (Mario) of Arlington and Frank Santagate (Patti) of Framingham; and his aunt Ann McCusker of Falmouth. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
