She is survived by: her husband Steven Welch; her daughter Rachel Mello; her son-in-law David; her grandchildren, Victoria and Nicholas; and her siblings, Celeste Nimblett (Tim), Denise Ames (Randy) and Donald Bouchard. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members & dear friends.
