He was predeceased by: his parents, Winifred Campbell (Mootrey) and Everett Allen Campbell; his daughter Martha Campbell; and his sister Gay Cestaro. He is survived by: his wife Joan Hanson; his daughters, Pamela Messenger (Ben) of Boxford and Jennifer Campbell (Christian Robert) of France; his granddaughters, Olivia Messenger of Norwood and Annie Messenger (Josh Hussey) of Maine; his sister Donna Zuckerman (Donald) of Northampton; and his brother-in-law William Cestaro of New Hampshire. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
