He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Michael Sleczkowski (Daine), Peter Sleczkowski and Jessica Rubinow (Eric); his grandchildren, Alex Sleczkowski (Yalun), Julia and Emma Rubinow; and his siblings, Judith Lang, Dorothy Donahue and Alfred Sleczkowski (Donna). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and grandnieces.
