He was predeceased by: his siblings, Nancy Huff, Ronald, Robbie and Randy MacKenzie; and his parents, Cyril MacKenzie and Vivian MacKenzie (Wise).
He is survived by: his wife Susan M. MacKenzie (Chute); his children, Richard MacKenzie (Denise), Heather MacKenzie (Erickson) and Matthew MacKenzie (Iris); his sisters, Cindy and Patricia MacKenzie; and his granddaughters, Katie and Emma. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
