He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Wentzell and Mildred C. Wentzell (Runvik); his granddaughter Marisa Wentzell; and his sisters, Sally Feely and Diane Gifford.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Wentzell (Freel); his children, Jodi M. Schultz (Jeff), Robert J. Wentzell and Carolyn D. Wentzell (Michael); his grandchildren, Jason Schultz, Johann Schultz and Sean Wentzell; his great grandchildren, Thor Schultz, Grady Schultz, Courtney McEldowney and Travis Schultz; his brother Charles Wentzell (Jeanne); his brother-in-law Charles Gifford; and his friends, Steve Welus and Peter Coskie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
