He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy W Brazelton and Maxine Moody Brazelton; his former wife Margo; his son Jeff; his brother Glenn; and also Dave Diana.

He is survived by: his wife Diane Erickson Brazelton; his siblings, Robert (Janet Brazelton) of Arizona, Linda and Dave of Illinois; his son Douglas (Larry) of Orlando; his siblings-in-law, Dave Erickson (Pam) and Brenda Erickson (Donna DiGiovanni); his godson James Erickson; and his fiancé Vy Tran.
