The memory of Ann M. Griffin of Braintree, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 6, 2025 at the age of 92, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas J. Griffin; her parents, Peter and Mary A. Greene (McDonough); and her siblings, John Greene, Mary Davis and Margaret Wise.
She is survived by: her children, Mary-Kate McDonough (Mark) of Braintree and Thomas Griffin (Cathy) of Boston; her grandchildren, Conor McDonough (Morgan) of Braintree, Jack McDonough of Braintree, Colleen and Bridget Griffin of Boston; and her great grandchildren, Chase and Sloane McDonough of Braintree. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grand nieces, and grand nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Clare's Church (1244 Liberty St, Braintree, MA 02184). A Mass will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Cedar Grove Cemetery (920 Adams St, Boston, MA 02124).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the South Boston.
