It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Anthony D. Richardi of Braintree, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 8, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He is survived by: his close friend Tony Vecchione; his children, Cheryl Ryan (John) of Marshfield, Stephen Richardi of Braintree and John Richardi (Debby) of Braintree; his sisters, Marie Alward (late T. Dustin) of Randolph and Lorraine Palmer (David) of Braintree; and his grandchildren, Jackie Ryan, Anthony Richardi, Cody Richardi, Brandon Richardi and Carly Richardi. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Should friends desire, memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Braintree Athletic Association, 128 Town St., Braintree, MA 02184.

“Met up with Coach Richardi after a BHS '73 golf outing. Such a joy after all the years busily spent between wrestling ('70-'73) and now. He remembered his students framing situations we experienced together with sincerity and grace. Always fair, he brought out the best in each of us...a companion on life's journey. My daughter (nurse) came home one day years ago to say "I met your wrestling coach visiting at the care facility today." He saw her name tag and said "Do you know Teddy?" Amazing man!”
