She was predeceased by: her parents, John O'Connor and Ellen O'Connor (Keeler); her husband Michael T. Duffy (Braintree); her daughter Carleen Duffy; Joseph O'Connor, James O'Connor, Nellie King and Martin "Murt" O'Connor.
She is survived by: her children, Brendan Duffy (Margaret "Peggy") of Dennisport, Elaine O'Shaughnessy (Liam) of Galway, Deirdre Kelly (Mark) of Calabash, N. C. and Erin Wilson (Michael) of Braintree; her grandchildren, Christine, Brendan, Sean, Alanna, Michaela, Cara, Patrick "Paddy" O'Connor, Bridget, Michael, Aoife, Maeve and Ronan; and her siblings, Nancy Mannion of Braintree and John O'Connor of Moycullen. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 15th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sweeney Brothers Home For Funerals (1 Independence Ave, Quincy, MA 02169). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, January 16th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady Queen of Peace Parish at Sacred Heart Church (72 Washington St, Weymouth, MA 02188).
