He is survived by: his wife Mary Fay of Braintree; his children, Jeremy (Courtney Cohen) of Dartmouth, MA, Erin Cohen (Mike Roy) of Smithfield, RI, Eric Petitti (Zhe Gu) of Toronto, Ontario, Mark (Patty Petitti) of Braintree, MA, Lisa Petitti of Braintree, MA, Andrew Petitti (Kathy Castillo) and Jessica (Cody Oliva) of Braintree, MA; and his siblings, Judy Cohen, Janice Dumin (Robert), Emily Cohen and Paul Cohen (Cathy).
