He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Marshall and Loretta Marshall (Ebbitt); his brother Frank; his daughter Mary Katherine; and his wife Patricia J. Marshall (Martin).
He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Warner (Eric), Jennifer Dietz (Denis) and Elizabeth Marshall; his grandchildren, Jack Warner, Katelyn Warner, Kelsey Warner, Kellen Dietz and Callie Dietz; and his sister Patricia Ryan (Marshall).
