He was predeceased by : his parents, Antonios G. Kesaris and Anastasia D. Kesaris (Philis). He is survived by : his brothers, Spyridon and George; his wife Vivian J. Kesaris (Cosindas); his children, Anastasia "Stacey" Mazeiko (Alfred) of Raynham, John Kesaris (Brenda) of Pembroke, Gregory "Greg" Kesaris of Braintree and Nicole Alfieri of Pembroke; his grandchildren, Alexandra Burrows (Stephen) of Angelo John, Madison and Katlyn Kesaris; his great grandchildren, Isaac and Nathan Burrows; and his brothers, Vasilios "William" Kesaris (Mary) of Quincy, Theodore Kesaris of Quincy and Christos Kesaris of Quincy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, Godchildren.
