He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Rugnetta and Joanina Rugnetta (Carangelo); his son Joseph "Joey" Rugnetta; his siblings, Marie Calapa and Philip Rugnetta; his nephew Dominic Calapa; and his niece Donna Calapa.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah. He is also survived by children, grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.
