He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Maguire and Georgina Maguire (MacKenzie); and his sister Jean Gibbons (Richard Gibbons). He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Maguire (Johnson) of Braintree; and his children, Kristin Maguire (Mark Baxter) and Jeffery Maguire.
