She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell S. Mahanna and Mary Mahanna (Murad). She is survived by: her husband Robert J. Shiels of Braintree; her daughter Katherine E. O'Connell (Daniel) of Weymouth; her stepsons, Matthew Shiels (Leah) of Hull and Andrew Shiels (Jennifer) of Worcester; her siblings, Jean Marie Mahanna, Paul and Thomas Mahanna; her pet Penelope; and her close friends, Belle and Rilee. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews, and her close friends.
