She was predeceased by: her husband William Dobbrow (Bill) of Greenfield, MA.; her parents, Percy Douglas and Agnes Douglas (Olson); and her siblings, Donald, Eldon, Paul, Barbara Bongiovanni and Shirley Bauer.
She is survived by: her children, Christopher Dobbrow (Allison), Wendy Shea (Peter) of Braintree, MA, Mary Fouhy (Mark) of Brewster, MA, Gael Cantlin of Woodstock, VT and Barbara Bailey (Steven) of Braintree; and her siblings, James Douglas of Georgia and Virginia 'Ginny Costa of Maine. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
As per Jean's wishes, there will not be a service and her family requests that in lieu of flowers, please donate in her honor to the Norwell Visiting Nurse Association and Hospice (https://www.nvna.org), the Wildlands Trust (https://wildlandstrust.org) or the Parkinson's Foundation (https://www.parkinson.org).
