She was predeceased by : her parents, Daniel D. Halter and Loretta Halter (Quintiliani). She is survived by : her siblings, Maurice L. Halter, Quincy Fire Dept, Louis R. Halter of Florida, Ronald Anthony Halter of Weymouth and John D. Halter of Thailand. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Jean's memory may be made to the Salvation Army, 6 Baxter Street, Quincy, MA 02169.
