She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bresnahan and Johanna G. Bresnahan (O'Donnell); her husband Robert F. Perkins; her son Timothy J. Casey (Stacy) of Kauai, HI; her siblings, Jack Bresnahan of Weymouth, Ann Fitzgerald (Bresnahan) of Chicago, IL and Joyce Agnew (Bresnahan) of Hanover; and also Richard J. Casey.
She is survived by: her children, Carol A. Burrows (Steve) of Lincoln, RI, Michael R. Casey (Shirley) of Pooler, GA, Richard J. Casey (Cindy) of Whitman, Kathy J. Cowing (Chuck) of Versailles, KY, James P. Casey (Cathy) of Braintree, John J. Casey (Barbara) of Quincy and William R. Casey (Julie) of Braintree; her grandchildren, Michelle, Jennifer, Donna, Leslie June, Richard, Johanna, Kristen, Chuck, Alicia, Brendan, Conner, Keleigh, Max, Sidney, Derek, Jimmy, Ryan, Ben, Becca, Alex, Matt, Danny, Patrick, Shauna, Kyle and Shannon; her sister Carol Radley (Bresnahan) of Whitman; and her nieces and nephews, Patti Eunice, Sue Tonello, Tommy Radley, Colleen Manison and Paul Radley. She is also survived by loving great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
