He was predeceased by: his wife Lillian L Shiner (Morris); and his siblings, Theodore "Raymond" Shiner, Anna May Shiner, Teresa A. Shiner, Evelyn Creedon, Dorothy Burr, Mary Jane Carney, Marilyn Roma and Jaqueline Bardaz.
He is survived by: his children, Lorraine Perry (Richard) of Weymouth, Paul Shiner (Paula) of Onset, Janet Hall of Sandwich and Alice Macaluso (Michael) of Derry, NH.. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and five great-great grandchildren.
