He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Palingo (Gray); and his siblings, James, Ralph, Frank, Dominic, Antoinette, Lena, Helen and Dorothy.
He is survived by: his children, Peter J. Palingo (Judy), Weymouth, Paul R. Palingo (Roberta) of Plymouth, Mary Ellen Palingo (Mary Sweeney) and Joseph G. Palingo (Jaime) of Carver; his grandchildren, Cindy, Jill, Robert, Pete, Angela, Ashley and Chris; and his close friend Dorothy Raimondi of Braintree. He is also survived by his eight great grandchildren.
