He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dunajski and Anna Dunajski (Serocki); his wife Janet Dunajski (Cogswell); his sons, John Dunajski and Paul Dunajski; and his brother John Dunajski (Dixie).
He is survived by: his children, Lisa A. Dunajski, Marcia Bennett (James), Eric Dunajski (Theresa) and Lynne Hazleton (Craig); his grandson Tyler Lee Hazleton; and his siblings, Joan Sopzcak and Karl Dunajski. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Leon's name may be made to American Lung Association.
