She was predeceased by: her parents, George Flood and Catherine Flood; her husband Frank O'Brien; and her brother George E. Flood. She is survived by: her sons, David O'Brien (Lisa) of Franklin, Kevin O'Brien (Paula) of Braintree, Alan O'Brien (Marie) of San Francisco, CA and Sean O'Brien (Heidi) of Franklin; her grandchildren, Shannon Cohen (Evan), Sean O'Brien (Elysha), Ciara, Michaela and Colin O'Brien; her great grandchildren, Finnegan and Summer Cohen; and her sister Marietta Flood-Thornton.

In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Margaret's name to the Marge Crispin Center, 46 Lincoln Street, Braintree MA 02184.
