We are sad to announce that on August 4, 2025, at the age of 93, Marie A. Young (Braintree, Massachusetts), born in Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kennedy and Nora Knightly; her husband John Young; her sons, Thomas and John Young; and her siblings, Helen John and John Kennedy.
She is survived by: her children, Ellen Collins (Danny), Mary Young (Tom Meaney) and Richard Young (Michele). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Marie's memory to the American Cancer Society.
