He was predeceased by : his parents, Rita Henriksen and Howard Henriksen; his wife Annamaria Henriksen (Iacobucci); and his brother James Henriksen. He is survived by : his daughter Dina Pelley of Weymouth; his son-in-law Stephen Pelley of Weymouth; and his grandchildren, Samantha, Ryan, Matthew, Brooke and Jack.
