It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen P. Connolly of Braintree, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 26, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Connolly and Bridget Connolly (O'Keefe); and his siblings, Kathleen "Kay" Sheehan, Barbara Mele, Edward Connolly and Eugene Connolly.
He is survived by: his wife Linda M. Connolly (McDonald); his children, Shawn Connolly (Theresa) and Kristin Kelly (Brian); his grandchildren, Sydney, Faith, Ashley, Stephen, Cameron Connolly, Caitlin and Emily Kelly; and his siblings-in-law, Elaine "Sissy" Connolly, Steve McDonald, Dave McDonald and Billy McDonald.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Carr Funeral Home (220 Bunker Hill St, Charlestown, MA 02129). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Mary's Church (55 Warren St, Boston, MA 02129).
