Steven T. Carter Sr. Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Steven T. Carter Sr. of Braintree, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 2, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Steven shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Steven farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Theresa Carter (Ferri) and James J. Carter of Braintree; and his brothers, James Carter (Terry) of New Hampshire and Timothy Carter of South Boston. He is survived by: his wife Janice Carter (Manning); his children, Steven T. Carter Jr. (Ashley Howard) of Weymouth and Colleen Carter (Corey Martin) of Weymouth; and his siblings, Paul (Jean) of South Boston, Michael of Braintree, Richard (Susan) of Quincy, Terry Smith (Danny) of Quincy and Joanne Carr (Peter) of Braintree. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, relatives, and dear friends.
A wake will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Casper Funeral & Cremation Services (187 Dorchester St, Boston, MA 02127).
