It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sylvia Sanchez (Braintree, Massachusetts), born in Greenfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 5, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arthur Stratton and Katherine Stratton (Krasinski); her daughters, Sylvia Byorkman (Bruce) of Braintree and Maria Cross (Peter) of Braintree; her granddaughters, Kathryn Byorkman Gauthier, Rachel Byorkman and Emma Cross; and her former husband Archie Sanchez.

Rather than flowers, the family requests that donations in Sylvia's memory be sent to The Marge Crispin Center, 46 Lincoln Street, Braintree, MA 02184, or to the Alzheimer's Association, 309 Waverley Oaks Road, Waltham, MA 02452 or at alz.org.
