He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarah Steele (Douglas) and Walter E. Steele; and his sister Marjorie S. Low. He is survived by: his daughters, Suzanne Steele of Weymouth and Christine L. Steele of Silver City, N. M.; his cousins, Robert Douglas (Donna) of Scituate and Wayne Douglas (Karen) of West Bridgewater; Dornae Steele (Pringle) of Weymouth, Devoted.
