She was predeceased by: her husband Charles D. "Chip" Francis; and her father Richard Cyril Higgins. She is survived by: her children, Tyler Francis, Sasha Francis (ZoZo) and Haleigh Pikulski (Justin); her mother Theodora G. Higgins; and her siblings, Leslie C. Higgins, Richard Cyril Higgins, Jr., Jeffrey E. Higgins and Todd P. Higgins. She is also survived by extended family includes her sister-in-law, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
